I specialize in working with clients who have chronic medical conditions and want to experience symptom reduction, as well as with healthy individuals who want to prevent the onset of stress-related physical diseases.
I use a positive approach and avoid focusing on mental disorders. Instead, I teach clients how to experience joy in their daily lives. In addtion, we may explore the link between depression and anxiety and chronic inflammatory conditions that begin in the gastrointestinal system. Healing foods and the right supplements may be recommended.
